The plaintiff instituted a suit against the City of Shreveport and a police officer which included claims that the officer utilized excessive force in effecting an arrest of plaintiff and injured her. Plaintiff did not respond to a routine traffic stop and continued driving in flight from the officer to her place of employment before stopping. The trial court denied plaintiff's claims and she appeals. Finding no manifest error in the ruling, we affirm...
