In this breach of contract case, plaintiff RJAM, Inc., appeals the decision of the 42nd Judicial District Court, Parish of DeSoto, State of Louisiana, which found in favor of defendants, Leon Miletello d/b/a L.S.M. Amusement Company, L.S.M. Gaming Inc. and Logansport Gaming, L.L.C. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
