The appellants, Melba Stuckey Philips and Ellen Faye Wise (the Aunts), appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of Monica Player, finding her brother, Donnie DeWayne Carlton's, testament a nullity. For the following reasons, we affirm.
