W.L. And Nina Wagner own two condominium units in the Fairway Villas Condominiums (Fairway Villas) on the grounds of Emerald Hills Resort in Florien, Louisiana. At the time this suit was filed, Rael, Inc., was the owner of Emerald Hills Resort and the remaining eighteen condominium
