A jury trial was held on October 28, 2008, and on October 29, 2008, Defendant was found guilty as charged. On November 5, 2008, Defendant filed a motion for new trial and motion for post-judgment verdict of acquittal. A hearing was scheduled for November 25, 2008, on Defendant's motions.
