Plaintiff, David Wayne Everett, appeals a judgment dismissing, with prejudice, his claim for damages arising out of a horseback riding accident in which, allegedly, he sustained injuries after he fell off of a horse owned by defendants, Lawrence Rivett and Annette Rivett. For the reasons set forth more fully below, we affirm.
