In this workers' compensation action, Rebecca Lanaux appeals from a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation in favor of defendant, Thibodaux Regional Medical Center ("Thibodaux Regional"), dismissing her claim for supplemental earnings benefits, penalties, and attorney fees. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
