On March 5, 2008, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging defendant, William Anderson, with indecent behavior with a juvenile in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81. At the March 10, 2008 arraignment, defendant pled not guilty. On December 9, 2008, defendant proceeded to trial, and on the following day, a six-person jury found defendant guilty as charged.
