PER CURIAM.

This is an election contest in which the Mayor of the Village of Wilson, Louisiana, Joshua L. Thomas, is attempting to stop a recall election. The district court dismissed the suit on an exception of peremption and plaintiff appealed. For the following reasons, we affirm the dismissal of the suit.
