Defendant, James Roche, appeals his 30-year sentence resulting from his conviction for distribution of cocaine. We affirm.

On November 7, 2007, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney's Office filed a bill of information charging the defendant, James Roche, with distribution of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(A). He initially pled not guilty, but later, on February 14, 2008, withdrew his not guilty plea and pled guilty as charged...
