In this suit arising from an automobile accident, the plaintiff, Maria Silva, appeals a trial court ruling maintaining defendant's exception of res judicata in favor of State Farm Mutual Insurance Company. The trial court found that a release document signed by plaintiff included State Farm and dismissed the plaintiffs claim against the insurance company. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court judgment.
