PARRO, J.

Marion Michael Gerchow appeals a judgment denying his motion to expunge the record of his conviction resulting from a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81.2. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
