MOORE, J.

The Monroe City School Board ("MCSB") appeals a judgment which awarded the claimant, Doris Key, supplemental earnings benefits ("SEB") from the date of termination of prior benefits, ordered MCSB to provide knee surgery, and awarded a penalty of $2,000 and attorney fee of $8,000. Ms. Key answers the appeal, seeking additional attorney fees for responding to the appeal. For the reasons expressed, we affirm the judgment and deny the answer to appeal.
