Defendant/appellant, Markus D. Lanieux ("Lanieux"), appeals his conviction of a violation of La. R.S. 14:108.1(C), aggravated flight from an officer. Lanieux was charged with the crime and entered a not guilty plea. Following a jury trial, Lanieux was found guilty as charged. The trial court sentenced him to imprisonment at hard labor for two years. On that same date, the State filed a multiple bill alleging Lanieux to be a third multiple...
