In this criminal proceeding, defendant Clarence O. Gibson appeals his conviction and sentence for sexual battery. He contends that the trial court erred in sentencing him based upon findings of fact not reflected in the jury's verdict or the jury instructions. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
