PEATROSS, J.

A.N.B. appeals from a judgment terminating her parental rights to her minor child, J.J.B., and freeing the child for adoption. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.

FACTS

The minor child, J.J.B., was first removed by instanter order from the custody of his mother, A.N.B., and taken into the care and custody of the state on April 25, 2007, following a report of neglect, malnourishment and abandonment.1
