DREW, J.

At jury trial, Patrick Dewayne Dyas was found guilty of obstruction of justice. Adjudicated as a second felony offender, he was sentenced to 40 years at hard labor without benefit of probation or suspension of sentence. He was fined $10,000. We affirm the conviction, amend the sentence, and, as amended, we affirm the sentence.
