This appeal comes from the Ruston City Court, Lincoln Parish, the Honorable Danny W. Tatum presiding. The dispute in this case arose out of Ruston Neuropsychiatric Hospital's failure to timely pay the plaintiff, Mary F. Hattaway, accrued vacation pay after she was terminated from her employment. Ms. Hattaway ultimately sued the hospital for the vacation pay, statutory penalties and attorney fees, and for payment of dental expenses that she became personally...
