This appeal is from a judgment in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court, granting a motion for summary judgment by defendant, EcoScience Resource Group, L.L.C, and denying a motion for summary judgment by plaintiffs, Charles Robert Carter Properties, Inc. and Studio Properties, L.L.C. The judgment also dismissed all claims of the plaintiffs with prejudice and reserved defendant's right to pursue claims raised in its reconventional demand.
