Defendants, Latham Exploration Company, Inc., and Max Story, Reliance Drilling and Michael Rippetoe, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their motions for summary judgment and granting the motion for summary judgment of another defendant, Welsh Oil Company, Inc. For the following reasons, we affirm.
