On July 22, 2009, the State filed a petition charging the juvenile, S.C.J.,1 with armed robbery with the use of a firearm and attempted second degree murder. An adjudication hearing was held on August 31, 2009, and the trial court found that the juvenile committed attempted armed robbery and attempted second degree murder.
