The defendants in these consolidated workers' compensation cases, McDonald's of Pineville and Louisiana Restaurant Association Self-Insurers Fund, appealed the judgment of the workers' compensation judge rendered in favor of the Central Louisiana Ambulatory Surgical Center (CLASC).
