This criminal appeal arises from the Twenty-Sixth Judicial District Court, Parish of Bossier, State of Louisiana, where the defendant, Anthony Wayne Lewis, pled guilty to a fourth offense for operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol ("DWI"), a violation of La. R.S. 14:98(E). He was sentenced to 20 years at hard labor and fined $5,000.00. Lewis now appeals. For the following reasons, his sentence and conviction are affirmed.
