MOORE, J.
The defendant was charged with illegal possession of stolen things, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Pursuant to a plea agreement, in exchange for entering a guilty plea on the first two charges, the state agreed not to prosecute the defendant on the third charge, and it agreed to not file a multiple offender bill against him. The court imposed a sentence of six years.
