Defendant/appellant, Steven M. Honore ("Honore"), appeals his conviction of one count of second degree murder, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1. We affirm.

Following his arraignment, Honore filed various pre-trial motions. The trial court denied his motions to suppress evidence, statement, and identification. Honore proceeded to trial on March 10, 2008 throughout which he moved for mistrials and a new trial, all of which were denied...
