Former City of Kenner firefighter Alvin Langsford appeals the judgment of the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court which vacated the Kenner Municipal Fire and Police Civil Service Board's decision to reinstate Mr. Langsford as a Kenner firefighter and maintained Mr. Langsford's termination proscribed by the City of Kenner, the appointing authority.1
