In this appeal, we consider defendant's allegations of error raised in her pro se brief, which were not considered in defendant's original appeal. In addition we consider the issues raised in defendant's two writ applications, no. 09-KH-710 and no. 09-KH-711. For the reasons that follow, we find no merit to defendant's allegations of error and re-affirm defendant's conviction and sentence. We further deny defendant's applications for writs...
