Defendant, John Mark Hearn, was charged by bill of information with twelve counts of pornography involving juveniles in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81.1(A)(3). He pled guilty as charged to counts one and two, and the State nolle prossed counts three through twelve. Defendant was sentenced to 100 months imprisonment with the Department of Corrections on each count, concurrent, at hard labor and without benefit of parole or suspension of sentence...
