In this criminal matter, the defendant/appellant, Patrick Wilson ("Wilson"), was charged with three counts of illegal drug activity. Count one was a charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, count two was a charge of distribution of cocaine, and count three was a charge of possession with intent to distribute cocaine. Wilson was arraigned and entered pleas of not guilty to all charges. A defense motion to suppress the evidence...
