Defendant-appellant, Firestone Polymers, LLC, asserts that the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) was manifestly erroneous by finding that 1) Firestone's employee, Kenneth Ardoin, proved he had a job-related accident, 2) Ardoin's claim for workers' compensation benefits has not prescribed, 3) this job-related accident caused Ardoin's disability, and 4) Ardoin was entitled to penalties and attorney fees.
