The State charged Darnell A. Lewis with one count of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, and one count of possession of a stolen automobile. He pled not guilty at his arraignment. The trial court found probable cause to substantiate the charges and denied the defendant's motions to suppress the evidence, identification and statement at a subsequent motion hearing.
