This appeal is from a judgment in favor of a surviving spouse, recognizing her as the sole designated beneficiary to the entirety of two retirement accounts and dismissing all claims asserted by the succession of the deceased spouse to a portion of the funds in those accounts. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
