The parents of a high school athlete appeal a judgment dismissing their petition for injunctive relief and damages on the peremptory exception of lack of subject matter jurisdiction of the defendant, the Louisiana High School Athletic Association, Inc. (the LHSAA). We dismiss the appeal in part as moot, amend the judgment in part, and affirm the judgment as amended, for the reasons stated below.
