Pier Marie Faget Jenkins, individually and as independent administratrix of the Succession of William E. Faget, Sr., Vivian Adelaide Faget, and William E. Faget, Jr. (the Faget children) appeal the judgment of the trial court, which granted the motion for partial summary judgment filed by Audrey Menard Faget, denied the Faget children's motion for summary judgment, and declared Audrey Faget a one-half owner in indivision of the family home and its furnishings...
