The State of Louisiana, Office of the District Attorney for the Second Judicial District, Bienville Parish, Louisiana (the "State") appeals a judgment of the Second Judicial District Court, Parish of Bienville, State of Louisiana, dismissing the claims of the State against Stephone Taylor, the Mayor of the Town of Ringgold. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
