BROWN, Chief Judge.

Appellant, Louisiana Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company ("Farm Bureau"), seeks review of a judgment finding that a policy issued by appellee, Shelter Insurance Company ("Shelter"), was not in full force and effect at the time of the accident; and, consequently, that Farm Bureau was responsible to pay the full settlement amount to Marsh Nolan. We reverse.
