Plaintiff, Ruben O'Neal, entered into a Limited Rights Franchise Agreement with defendant, Total Car Franchising Corporation ("Total Car" which is "Colors on Parade"), a mobile automobile painting business whose home office is in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
