PETERS, J.

The Bayou Plaquemine and Wickoff Gravity Drainage District, a political subdivision of the Acadia Parish Police Jury, appeals the trial court's grant of a permanent injunction prohibiting it from digging a ditch on seventy-six acres of Acadia Parish immovable property. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment in all respects.
