Defendant, Jerman Jones, appeals his conviction of possession of heroin in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966 C, and possession of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 C. On appeal, defendant argues that the evidence was insufficient to establish beyond a reasonable doubt that he possessed cocaine and heroin. After thoroughly reviewing the record and the law, we find no merit to this assignment of error...
