Plaintiffs, James and Renee Hamilton, individually and on behalf of their minor daughter, Kirstyn Hamilton, appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant, Colony Insurance Company. Because we find that the summary judgment was properly granted, we affirm.
