TERRI F. LOVE, Judge.
This appeal arises from a dispute regarding the dismissal of Ulysses Williams from his position with the Orleans Levee District. The Civil Service Commission and referee determined that an appropriate punishment for the alleged conduct was a thirty-day suspension, as opposed to his dismissal by the Orleans Levee District. The First Circuit reversed and reinstated the dismissal.
