Although the claimant's employer provided workers' compensation benefits due to a series of work-related accidents, the claimant filed a disputed claim form due to the employer's denial of benefits related to fibromyalgia. After a hearing, the workers' compensation judge found insufficient proof of causation between fibromyalgia and the claimant's work-related accident.
