On April 29, 2008, the Defendant, Austin Blake Ceaser, was charged with one count of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, in violation of La.R.S. 40:967; one count of possession of ecstasy with intent to distribute, in violation of La.R.S. 40:966; and, one count of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of La.R.S. 14:95.1. Pursuant to jury trial, the Defendant was found guilty as charged on all counts.
