Defendant Jeffery J. Butler appeals his conviction by a jury of possession of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 C. Defendant received a sentence of five years at hard labor.1 On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress evidence. Finding no error, we affirm defendant's conviction.
