Plaintiff, Constantino Herrera, appeals from a summary judgment rendered in favor of defendant, Norma Montero, and her liability insurer, Lafayette Insurance Company. After thoroughly reviewing the record and the applicable law, for the reasons that follow, we find no merit to the plaintiffs assignments of error and therefore affirm the district court's grant of summary judgment herein.
