Steve Hunter, individually and in his official capacity as the Mayor of Richwood, Louisiana, appeals from a judgment dismissing his petition challenging the certification of a recall petition and the scheduling of a recall election for his office. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment of the district court dismissing the Mayor's lawsuit.
