Defendant/Appellant, Ralph L. Abraham, Jr., Inc. ("Abraham"), is appealing a judgment granted in favor of Plaintiff/Appellee, Louisiana Mobile Imaging, Inc. ("LMI"). For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
