This litigation arises out of an accident wherein Cody Ray Ables, the son of Plaintiff, Ronald Ables (Mr. Ables), died from injuries he sustained while riding a four-wheeler on property owned by J.P. Duhe — Lambert Duhe Estates. Mr. Ables filed suit against the owners as well as the lessees of the farm land, Frank C. Minvielle, Leonard H. Minvielle, and Twin Pine Farms, L.L.C.
