On September 27, 2006, the Defendant was charged by bill of information with two counts of computer-aided solicitation of a minor, violations of La.R.S. 14:81.3. The bill of information was amended on January 24, 2007, to reflect that count two was nolle prosequi. The Defendant was found guilty on April 2, 2008, following a two-day jury trial.
