EZELL, Judge.
On June 25, 2008, Defendant, Theron Jerome Chaisson, was convicted by jury verdict of one count each of production or manufacture of a cocaine base, possession of cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, all in violation of La. R.S. 40:967. Following Defendant's conviction, the trial court ordered a pre-sentence investigation report.
